For over 15 years, Sondra Lender has successfully managed teams in the hospitality, non-profit and entertainment industries and is dedicated to creating happy, healthy groups in the workplace. Through her experiences, Sondra has found that employees' successes and satisfaction are the key to running an effective organization.
Most recently, Sondra served as Vice President of Programs for Chrysalis, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless and low-income people become self-sufficient through job opportunities. As VP, she managed all client services, projects and staff, as well as coached clients directly to help them achieve their goals.
This People Person has owned and operated the dating service It's Just Lunch! Los Angeles and managed hotels and health clubs in California and New York. Sondra currently serves on the board of L.A. Family Housing and volunteers weekly at Chrysalis. She has also worked as an anti-bias facilitator with the Anti-Defamation League in Los Angeles, served on the board for a children's charity in San Francisco and chaired a Challenge for Charity campaign to raise money for the Special Olympics.
Sondra received her MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a BS from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is also a certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
